From the main screen of WellAssist, click on the Menu icon to bring up the main WellAssist menu. From here, click on the ‘?’ at the bottom left of the screen in order to open up the help screen.
If you want to send a support request from WellAssist, click on the ‘Request Support’ button at the bottom of the screen.
From here, you can record a voice message to send to the Routinify support team detailing your support request. If you wish to record a new message, you can delete the old one by clicking the garbage can, or by clicking the tap to record button to immediately record a new message. When you are satisfied with your voice request, you can click the submit request button to send it to our support team. Your support request will appear at the bottom, along with its current status.
To adjust your wifi settings, from the main help menu click the ‘Wifi settings’ button to bring up the tablet’s WIFI settings, where you can select your current WIFI network.
If you wish to watch the introductory video again, click the ‘Welcome Video’ button to bring it up. You can cancel the video at any time by clicking the X button at the top left of the screen.
